LilUtils provides free, browser-native digital utility tools, converters, code formatters, validators, mini arcade browser games, and live open-data exploration dashboards (collectively, the "Services"). Core utility computations are executed directly within your browser without requiring an account or subscription.

3. User Data Ownership & Client-Side Execution

You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of any text, code, images, files, or information that you input, process, or generate through our tools. Because LilUtils processes your content locally on your own device, we do not inspect, retain, store, or claim any license over your input data.

4. Live Open-Data & External APIs (Explore Category)

Certain tools in the Explore suite connect directly from your browser to public open-data repositories (such as the US Geological Survey, NASA, meteorological services, the US National Library of Medicine, the US FDA, and the World Bank). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Third-party public APIs are maintained by external organizations outside our control.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of external data feeds.
  • Users must adhere to the acceptable use policies and rate limits established by those underlying public data providers.

5. Productivity & Career Tools

Productivity and career utilities (including resume formatters, keyword scanners, and application drafting aids) are provided strictly for personal drafting and informational assistance. LilUtils does not act as an employer, employment agency, or recruiter, and does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes.

6. Mini Arcade Games & Entertainment

Our mini arcade games and interactive simulations are provided solely for entertainment and recreational purposes. Scores, achievements, and game states are stored locally on your device for your enjoyment.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using LilUtils, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise site availability, performance, or security.
  • Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots in an abusive manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or external public APIs.
  • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or tamper with advertising slots, consent systems, or analytics integrations.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for user-submitted content and public domain data, all aspects of LilUtils—including site code, architecture, visual design, trademarks, documentation, and editorial guides—are the property of LilUtils and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

LILUTILS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LILUTILS, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR TOOLS.
